Roc Search’s Client is currently recruiting for a Network & Telephony manager for initial 3-4 month contract.

Job Overview: The Network & Telephony manager is a key role in the digital technology and infrastructure team and is responsible for the development and delivery of an effective digital network and telephony strategy and as such is responsible for understanding the Trust’s digital infrastructure and service requirements, researching, proposing, and trialling solutions and providing strategic leadership in technical approaches and solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven and significant experience as a technical expert and authority, specialising in the design, configuration, installation and support of network management.
• Proven record of delivering complex network/VOIP infrastructure services/projects to meet business needs
• Demonstrable experience of managing an enterprise network, including core and edge Switches, Firewalls, VPN, WAN links and telephony services (fixed and mobile).
• Demonstrable experience of ensuring the effective provision of safe, secure network and telephony environments.
• Significant experience of managing backup and recovery services for critical systems and data.
• Experience of working with technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Some experience of managing contracts.
• Expert level knowledge and understanding of network security appliances and policies.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
• Expert level knowledge and understanding of WAN optimisation.

Location: Hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite in Dorchester
Job Type: Contract
Rate: £400 per day
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 3-4 months +
