You MUST hold a full and relevant Early Years and childcare qualification at Level 3 or above

Looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Deputy Unit Manager, to work at this amazing setting close to Watford, Hertfordshire. DRIVER PREFERRED. You must have previous Senior/Room Leader experience of 2+ years.

A rural setting with a difference – friendly, and welcoming.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, all year round, working on a shift pattern basis, 40 hours per week, covering 730am-7pm, with 1 hr for lunch.

FANTASTIC SALARY OF UP TO £29,000K PA (LV3). Overtime available too. 9, 9.5 or 10 hour days – flexible depending upon your requirements.

_ Positions available in babies, toddlers, 2-3s and preschool rooms ._

What skills are required for this role ?

NNEB or a full and relevant Early Education and Childcare qualification (e.g. NVQ/Diploma/BTEC) Level 3 or higher (NOT HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE)
Good/Solid knowledge of the UPDATED EYFS, Safeguarding and Health and Safety
Previous nursery experience of working
Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
The ability to liaise with and develop good relationships with parents and staff at all levels
