Working 37.5 hours a week alongside the multidisciplinary team at Chadwick Lodge and Eaglestone View, a medium and low secure and locked services providing specialist treatment programmes for service users with Mental Health conditions and may have a history of offending behaviour.
You will have prior experience from the NHS and/or private sector in managing a designated caseload using theoretical and practical experience which will see you complete assessments, implementing interventions, planning and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.
With a strong emphasis on teamwork, you’ll receive support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of training courses to support you reach your career goals.
This role involves:
Completing assessments, planning sessions and implementing interventions
Evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
Implement and develop evidence-based therapeutic activities to aid mental health recovery
To be successful in this role:
Current HPC registration and BOAT membership.
Experience of working within a similar setting.
Occupational Therapy degree
