If you are looking to join a dedicated multi-disciplinary team in a challenging and rewarding environment, we would like to hear from you.About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced individual to join us at Outcomes First Group as our Occupational Therapist. The post holder will progress the OT specific therapeutic services where the needs of the young people vary in levels of functioning, many with a diagnosis of autism as well as associated needs such as complex and developmental ; Needs are complex and require a systemic and formulation-based approach.With the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable Clinical Team, you will also contribute to staff training, consultation and reflective practice. All three Schools provide specialist education for young people aged between 5 and 18 years old.The Greater Horseshoe School is an independent special school for children aged 8 to 18 years old with SEMH, LD/Complex. The school is situated in a peaceful woodland setting near Newton Abbot in Devon. Oak Tree School is a specialist school catering for children and young people ages 7-16 with a wide range of SEMH learning needs located in Truro, Cornwall. Red Moor School provides full-time specialist co-education catering for young people ages 5-18 with a wide range of SEMH learning needs near Lanlivery in mid Cornwall.
