We are looking to recruit motivated, enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our busy Operations team in Dover.
DFDS sets high standards in customer service and you will be required to respond efficiently to customer enquiries whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction. Candidates must also be computer literate, flexible and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Working as part of a team you will undertake a variety of tasks from checking in our freight and tourist passengers at the check-in booths, dealing with customer and driver enquiries in the office, and assisting with the loading and discharge of the vessels.
Applicants must be fully flexible as you will be required to work on a 4-week shift pattern working both days and nights. Shift start and end times may vary.
