About the package
This is a full time, permanent opportunity paying up to £45,000pa. You will be working 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is a fully remote working position and there is some flexibility with the hours to accommodate a healthy work/life balance.

About you
You will use your previous management experience to develop different areas of the business. This is a hands-on role, you will be overseeing the HR, finance and compliance areas of the business so it is important you have great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
You will need a solid knowledge of accounts and finance processes and have previous experience using Xero to be considered for this role.
About the role
As an Operations Manager you will lead and oversee a small team. Your role and responsibilities will include:
You will be responsible for accounting controls including balance sheet reconciliations and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
You will actively seek opportunities to streamline processes or make them more robust, implementing new ideas across different departments in the business.
You will be flexible and use experience on other projects as required including maintaining accreditations such as ISO 27001
