Our client is an award winning, independent real estate partnership with more than 150 staff across 8 offices.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a Lease Advisory team across the South East of England, with the flexibility to be based in a choice of offices across Surrey, London and Sussex. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to lead from the front.
The successful candidate will have strong career development opportunities from here, carrying out high quality instructions for a range of institutional investors, property companies and corporate occupiers. You will report directly to clients and have the support of a team of experienced and highly regarded Lease Advisory Partners.
This role will involve working with the Business Space, Investment and Property Asset Management teams with a focus primarily on the industrial and office markets across the Surrey and the South East.
You will be involved in all aspects of Lease Advisory work and you will be expected to be an ambassador for the company, developing client relationships and delivering the highest level of service.
The ideal candidate will: • Be a Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Lease Advisory work • Demonstrate experience in providing high quality advice, the ability to conduct successful negotiations, and report writing associated with third party dispute resolution • Demonstrate a good level of understanding and experience in the office and industrial property markets • Be a confident business developer with existing and new clients
