Your new company Our client is a well-established pensions company, which delivers first-class administration service to a number of FTSE and multinational companies across the UK. Their strong reputation is built on technical expertise and quality service, and they are now looking for multiple professionals to join their team as full time, permanent Pensions Administrators.
Your new role As a Pensions Administrator, you will engage in using multiple financial systems to collate and process data, create and update reports, manage client accounts and process a wide range of routine and non-routine financial documentation in line with FCA regulations. Your key duties will include maintaining accurate and up-to-date client filing and records, ensuring the integrity of customer data, and handling and resolving pension changes and queries both verbally and in writing. You will produce schedules and summaries and receive continual coaching from colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to gain diverse financial administration experience within a well-established, growing team.
What you’ll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You will need to possess good IT skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop good working relationships. It is essential that you have a minimum grade C in GCSE English and GCSE Maths and it is preferable if you have some previous experience in administration. As training will be provided, pensions knowledge or experience is not required
