We now have an opportunity to join Sainsbury’s as a People Insights Manager. People analytics is at the very centre of how work is evolving at Sainsbury’s. As a people analytics team, we’re on an exciting journey embracing change, learning and developing ourselves in new tools, methods and techniques that benefit Sainsbury’s and our own careers. We sit within the HR function, but with a dotted reporting line into the Chief Analytics Officer, and work closely with the broader analytics community.
We are passionate about people analytics as a driver of change by enabling better decision making and actions through the use of good evidence based practice, applied analytics, and critical thinking. Our HR data for approximately 190k employees is concentrated in one single source and is combined with business outcomes data sources in our data lake, where we have access to the latest technologies and tools available in analytics. The opportunity for impact is huge, matched only by the appetite and demand for our work from customers.
