At LTE Group we have a new and exciting opportunity for a People Relations Partner to join the People & Talent Team.
As People Relations Partner you will be responsible for providing specialist, high level advice and guidance to the team and managers to enable effective case management and delivery of LTE people relations processes and procedures.
To decrease overall people relation cases and risks to the business, ensuring professional service maintained.
Work alongside the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver best practice, commercially focused solutions, manage risk and trend analysis and reporting in partnership with the HRBP’s.
Develop and where appropriate deliver coaching to managers to upskill in People Management competency and as result driving down dependency on caseworkers.
You’ll be expected to act as an ambassador for the HR function, helping to embed the LTE values and challenging behaviour where required.

We have a great opportunity to join our People & Talent team as a People Relations Partner for the Group, on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
The skills and experience required for the role of People Relations Partner include:
CIPD level 5 or equivalent
Demonstrable experience working at a HR Advisor, Employee Relations or case manager level, preferably within a multi-site organisation linked to a Shared Services environment.
The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and be a proven influencer.
Experience of delivery of operational requirements in a unionised environment.The benefits of working for LTE Group
