As a member of the Platforms team you will be supporting the wider company by providing expertise in Cloud Engineering and operating with DevSecOps best practice. This can mean providing guidance on designs, or producing designs, for Cloud infrastructure that is secure by design. supporting development teams in how to operate CI/CD pipelines, as well as the where’ and the how’ the resulting workloads will run. It can mean shaping and building core infrastructure pieces that allow the company to function, such as a VPN. In short we support development teams, the company, and customers in how to use the Cloud effectively.

The role requires defining best practices in these areas outwards of the team, as well as outwards of the company. Continually learning and then distilling that knowledge into reusable components, documentation, and guides.
