Product Manager – EuropeThis successful specialist travel company operate a diverse range of holidays and school trips to worldwide destinations. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Product Manager to join them to develop a new product range in France & Spain for their school travel division. Working closely with the Head of Product this role will involve leading the product development and delivery of culturally inspiring and educational trips, and managing the product once launched. • Lead in the development of new product, in launching the France & Spain programme and ongoing management of the product, including future potential new destinations
• Work with contracts manager regarding costs and pricing, ensuring commercial targets are achieved
• Collaborate with Marketing manager to gain customer insight and understanding of market position
• Develop strong, commercially focused supplier relationships
• Travel overseas for product development, inspection and health & safety purposes.

Product Manager – Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience of working in a product management role within a tour operator with experience of product development, preferably within France & Spain
• Proven contracting and negotiating skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Fluency in French and/or Spanish is highly desirable
• Experience in the education / school travel sector would be beneficial
• Flexibility to travel overseas
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Results and target orientated.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills
