Adherence Program Consultant will lead the development and implementation of medicine adherence products and services. They will be responsible for creating and delivering innovative, digitally driven adherence programs for patients being treated for chronic conditions.

This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, defining product vision and strategy, and managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

Description

Key Deliverables:

• Design and optimise the digital proposition to enable holistic, integrated patient centric care.
• Prioritise and deliver the development roadmap to support the success of the A&P program
• Optimise the digitised A&P proposition working with external and internal teams.
• Build or buy relevant capabilities for integration into solutions and roadmap.
• Deliver patient research and data capture including customer/ patient focus groups and surveys to capture feedback and engagement informing future development of the program.
• Produce a testing framework for performance measurement and identify data gaps.

Regulatory Responsibilities:

• Adhere to relevant standards (CQC/ GDP/NMC/GPHC / ICO) applicable to the role.
• Chair/Attend all relevant committees aligned with the role’s remit.
• Be aware of all responsibilities relating to Infection Prevention and Control.

Profile

• Proven experience in managing adherence programs, preferably with a focus on digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of chronic conditions and the challenges associated with medication adherence.
• Experience in conducting experiments and applying data-driven insights to program development.
• Knowledge of digital health technologies, mobile applications, wearables, and other tools used in adherence programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to pharmaceutical adherence programs.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking (e.g., brainstorming), problem-solving (e.g., root cause analysis), decision-making (e.g., prioritization), and analytical (e.g., data visualization) skills.
