We have a new opportunity for a Distributor Support Manager to join the team at Stannah to support Stairlift Distributors in the UK and Ireland.
Stannah is represented by Accredited Distributors and the business is at an exciting time of growth. The Distributor Support Manager is a newly created position to support Stannah’s UK Stairlift Distributors, who are some of the Company s biggest customers.
A key function of the role is to support, promote and profile Distributors in line with the strategy for growth.
As the Distributor Support Manager you will travel frequently throughout the UK and Ireland, to meet the needs of the business and the Distributors. This will require a flexible approach as there may be overnight stays and, on occasion, travel outside of normal working hours.
Reporting to the UK and Ireland Distributor Manager, this is a Hybrid working position that can be based from most regions of the UK, subject to the location of the Distributors. The locations of the Distributors range across the whole of the UK, from the South of England, up to Inverness in Scotland, with some based in Ireland where we are looking to expand.
We are looking for a Distributor Support Manager who has experience of working in a B2B environment, within a highly customer facing role. Industry experience of Stairlifts or Distributors, Resellers or Dealers would be an advantage.
You will be confident to build relationships with customers and maintain regular, effective communication. Suitable candidates may have worked in similar roles such as key Account Manager, Sales Support Coordinator or Dealer Sales Account Manager.
We are looking for an individual who is pro-active in their approach and willing to help and assist the Distributor Manager with the day to day management of the Distributor division.
