An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Support Officer who will report to the Transformation Programme Manager and will primarily be responsible for providing support functions to the Transformation Programme Manager and the Programme Management Office (PMO) Lead PMO, and supporting one or more Project Managers, as required by the programme.
The role will be London based and will require to travel to various sites within London. This is a 3 year FTC.
The post holder may support several projects across the programme, led by different workstream leads. The role therefore requires flexibility, a high degree of organisation and excellent communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and to tight timeframes, whilst maintaining agreed processes and standards across all areas of work.
This will also include utilising analytical, persuasive and negotiation skills to support the programme and enable the identification of additional opportunities in the course of the transformation.
