Project Manager – required to work for my client who are a well-established company that operate all throughout the South East out of their Sevenoaks office with a requirement to be in the office at least one day per week, also site visits however can work from home when not needed elsewhere. The company specialise in many different sectors covering all types of Underground Utility, Topographical Surveying, Scanning, Modelling and Asset Data Collection.

The most suitable Project Manager will have previous experience as a Land Surveyor with knowledge of Topographical surveying or Utility Surveying as well as project management. It is desired that the Project Manager has previous experience working within a mix of industry’s including rail and Highways and construction. Project Manager Position Overview

• Running multiple projects from quotation through to invoicing
• Work closely with clients in order to deliver projects on time and in full
• Maintain and grow customer base, through operational outputs and client management
• Lead, manage and develop the surveying team in line with objectives
• Working together with the management team to continually develop and maintain operational excellence
• Managing and developing a strong team of competent surveyors
• Opportunity to manage a variety of surveying projects as well as leading and managing a team of surveyors
• Work with an established team of Project Managers and will have the wider support of our operational and business development team
• Actively control costs on projects

Project Manager Position Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Surveying
• A Topographical surveying or Utility Surveying background
• Experience and technical knowledge of Land and/or Utility Surveying
• Project Manager experience managing projects with values c£600-700k per year
• Knowledge of Health and Safety systems and their application
• Experience, including pricing and cost control
• H&S qualification such as IOSH or SMSTS
• A full UK driving licence

Project Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary: £44,000 – £48,700 (dependent upon experience)
• Up to 10% bonus
• Company car / car allowance (£7500)
• Pension up to 6% match
• 25 Days Holiday + BH
