Montash are currently working with a large tech consultancy to deliver services to one of the UK’s largest manufacturing businesses. We are looking for a motivated developer to join a team of engineers to help with the development of a new data application product.

Role description:
Experience as a full-stack engineer or competent Front End developer with exposure to Python.
Technical proficiency in one or more of the following; Python, VueJS, TypeScript, React
Skilled in using different python modules for data munging and implementing processing frameworks
Proficient with Elasticsearch and Kibana
Python Back End development; FastAPI and/or Flask, SQLAlchemy and/or Pytest
Frontend development using JavaScript web framework (VueJS or React)
Experience with Front End web application state management
Unit testing experience for Front End web applications.
Familiarity Microsoft SQL Server

Responsibilities:
Create and administer functional databases and applications.
Planning, planning, and carrying out implementation tests, as well as rectifying mistakes and re-testing to get an acceptable outcome.
Code reviews for support
Software troubleshooting and debugging
Supporting Junior developers and leading on design decisions
Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to enhance the structure of software applications.
Operate in an Agile environment
