New Quality Manager Vacancy located in North Sheffield (Junction 35 M1), South Yorkshire. I have just been exclusively retained by a medium sized manufacturing business located in Sheffield who are now looking to recruit a standalone, Quality Manager to join the team.

Client Details

This is an excellent opportunity with long term stability and the chance to make your mark within the business. Located in Sheffield my client design and manufacturing products for the UK market which include engineering and assembly. They currently employ around 60 members of staff but are looking to expand this over the next few months. Due to new product development and internal promotion, they are now looking to recruit a highly focused, driven Quality Manager to join the team.

Description

As the new Quality Manager, you will have flexible working hours, Monday to Friday based at the Sheffield manufacturing plant which is located just off Junction 35 M1. You will report directly into the Operations Manager where you will have full ownership and responsibility for all quality related matters including:

• Managing the ISO9001 Quality Management system.
• Making sure all products are manufactured to customer standards.
• Leading continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
• Looking at NCR’s and making recommended improvements.
• Communicating with clients and resolving any product issues.
• Sit within director meetings to discuss the company’s quality performance.

Profile

My client is looking for an individual with suitable Qualifications and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing and engineering industries who feel they can use their own knowledge and experience to assist with the continued growth of the business and enable this client to meet the challenges of today and the future.

Job Offer

This is a Monday to Friday, Days Based Permanent Position paying £35,000 to £45,000 located in Sheffield.
