CK Group are recruiting for a Quality Officer to join a pharmaceutical company based in Sunderland on a permanent full-time basis.
The Company: Our client is an MHRA Approved and NHS Accredited manufacturing facility.
As a Quality Officer, you will provide support in all quality aspects relating to GMP and GDP functions. You will strive to ensure the organisation maintains a manufacturing and distribution service in line with these functions.
Your main duties will be to:
To follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, job aids, company policies and procedures.
Support deviations management and complaints management, ensuring the investigations are thorough, appropriate root cause and CAPAs identified and closure completed within stipulated timeline.
Support change control management and ensure changes are thoroughly assessed and closure completed within stipulated timeline.
Drive internal audit programme and support customer and regulatory inspection.
Support Quality in leading a culture of continuous Quality improvement.
Support staff training in areas of Quality and Production
Engage in personal professional development and attend mandatory training.
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
Degree in a Scientific related discipline.
2 years + pharmaceutical QA experience in similar role.
Calmness under pressure and maintain records in timely and accurate mode.
Good decision-making, communication, and IT skills.
Ability to encourage and motivate people with responsible attitude.
Interest in helping and working with customers.
Should have sound practical judgment of priorities.
Familiar with Microsoft office and Sage
