We are currently partnered with a multi award winning social housing contractor, who are expanding their team, seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on a contract in Doncaster. You’ll benefit from a competitive salary, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, hybrid working, huge scope for progression and much more.The role of Quantity Surveyor:

• To guide the financial management of the joint venture maintenance contract, ensuring that financial targets are achieved.
• Working on a Kitchen & Bathroom contract, covering the Doncaster region.
• To provide an effective interface with the clients, Partnering management, consultants and suppliers.
• To Validate and approve subcontractor quotations to ensure value for money is achieved
• To Agree subcontractor valuations and payments.
• To collate, submit and agree applications/payment with the client.

I would love to hear from a Quantity Surveyor who has:

• Social housing experience
• Full UK Driving License
• Experience within planned maintenance (preferred)
