Are you ready to lead the financial success of our region? We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Regional Director of Finance (RDoF). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible to secure profitability and to ensure the optimal management of Lore’s operating assets, exceeding our owner’s expectations.
As the RDoF, your primary focus will be on maximizing the performance of our assets. You will act as a strategic business partner to the Regional General Manager and provide leadership to our Finance team. Challenging operating procedures and decisions will be crucial to achieving best practices across the balanced scorecard of the hotels.
We believe in the growth and development of our team members. As such, you will play a vital role in coaching and fostering the financial literacy of our wider management team, including both finance and non-finance personnel within hotels and the region.
As a key member of our region’s leadership team, you will take the lead in supporting the Regional General Managers monthly forecasting and financial review processes. Your eye for detail will ensure accurate cost forecasts for upcoming weeks and months. Promptly addressing any deviations and implementing corrective actions will be essential.

The Regional Director of Finance role demands adherence to Lore Group’s philosophy, culture, and values, in addition to overseeing hotels.
With a degree-level education and a minimum of 2 years’ experience on a minimum level of Director of Finance, You bring a wealth of expertise to the table. Solid knowledge of the Uniform Systems of Accounts for the Lodging Industry and relevant local tax and law regulations is required.
Fluent in both Dutch and English, we are looking for a collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills. Able to deliver messages impactful and lead meetings effectively. You are detail-oriented and excel in time management, ensuring precision and efficiency in all tasks.
Strong communication skills, encompassing verbal, listening, and writing abilities, enable to connect and engage with others effectively.
Building and maintaining relationships is one of your key strengths. You have successfully fostered connections with stakeholders, customers, vendors, and investors throughout your career.
Furthermore, your knowledge extends to market conditions, tax regulations, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making. With your up-to-date industry knowledge, you are equipped to contribute to the success and growth of any organization in the hospitality sector.
