Are you looking to change lives for the better, including your own?
At Maximus, we believe you can have a great worklife balance and help others move forward with their lives too. Our colleagues’ lives are just as important as our customer’s, so as a Nurse at Maximus, we’ll do everything to ensure you achieve that perfect balance.
We’re looking for Registered Nurses of all experience levels who have broad-based post-registration experience and who want to carry out impactful work.
As part of a diverse team within our Centre for Health and Disability Assessments (CHDA) business, you’ll undertake a combination of file work, assessments (currently by phone until we resume face-to-face assessments) and report-writing for a range of customers.
Your assessments will focus on how a disability or a health condition affects a person’s daily life. You’ll then utilise various IT platforms to support you in the clinical decision-making process and produce a written report for the Department for Work and Pensions, who then make a decision on benefit eligibility.
Your working hours would be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy doing the things you love most. We offer a competitive salary along with a great benefits package and a team of supportive, friendly colleagues. Maximus could be the perfect place to bring your nursing skills and continue to develop your clinical knowledge.
