Regulatory Change/Business Change/Compliance – Capital Markets/Wealth/Asset/Investment Management – up to £48k

We are working on behalf of number of Consulting companies who are recruiting for Senior Associates and Assistant Managers to work across a number of regulatory change and business change transformation projects.

You will support client engagements in regulatory advisory, reporting and review services including:

• Regulatory reporting business impact assessments
• Target Operating Model (TOM) design and reviews
• Supporting programme management in regulatory change projects
• Support business development across key market propositions

Key experience required:

• 3 – 5 years regulatory change experience within either Capital Markets or Wealth/Asset/
  Investment Management – business change focussed. This can be from industry or consulting
• Regulatory knowledge covering as many of the following: SM&CR, SFDR, MiFID, EMIR, SFTR, UCITS, AIFMD and IFDR
• Experience of Target Operating Models (TOM), providing regulatory advise and regulatory reporting
