Research Analyst (UX) for expanding company – work from home

My client is looking for a good, strong Research Analyst who will be responsible for

– evaluating customer journeys
– basic prototyping
– suggesting improvements to processes and procedures
– creating new designs
– liaising with colleagues, clients and customers prior to working on improved and/or new processes
– website updates
– business as usual work
– project based roles on an adhoc basis
– reviewing workflows
– working with product managers and specialists to design user experiences
– creating and rolling out new prototypes
– assist with UI development

To be considered you simply need to be able to combine strong UI and/or UX experience with an outgoing and friendly personality who works well with colleagues and users
