Experience in carrying out research such as a Time & Motion study
Understand key in-store processes and practices
Good retail knowledge preferably in the fashion/apparel/jewellery
Understanding of retail technologies and systems
Retail operations background
Analyse findings, understand insights putting forward an actionable plan
Core business analysis & business process mapping skills
Experience in change management, rolling out new processes and ensuring adoption.
The UK market has found their transaction time is above average with no clear reason as to why
The aim is to understand why, by monitoring their in-store selling and non-selling activities
These should be analysed to understand where improvements need to be made
This can cover both physical activities (such as receiving stock) and those using in-store tech and applications (mpos, cpos, queue management etc.)
Carry out a study and document findings to the Retail Ops team and deploy and embed these suggestions across their network of stores
