I require a Reward Specialist to support the implementation of a Service Review.
The Reward Specialist will be required to support with the design of a total reward strategy and framework within the Service context and culture.
Specific knowledge in a range of areas is required to create and shape reward packages, including:
Executive reward
Pay and benefits modelling
Bench marking
You will need a deep understanding and significant experience in different approaches to reward and benefits packages, ensuring the various approaches are in line with relevant legislation and performance.
The reward specialist will:
Create a reward strategy which attracts, motivates, and retains employees/officers
Review external reward environment, including competitor reward
Create a bespoke executive package and design approaches to executive reward
Design reward policies and practices to form part of the strategic approach to reward
Deploy a strategic reward approach, including:
A statement of proposed reward developments
A rationale setting out the case for the reward proposals
A definition of guiding principles
An implementation plans
