The team provides security engineering advice for all teams within GST, builds custom tools and run security tools utilising AWS, GCP and Kubernetes technologies (and many others). The team’s mission is to improve security maturity through platform-wide security initiatives, improving visibility through building custom tools and providing a security engineering service to engineering teams. What you’ll do:Own and manage the delivery for the Security Engineering team: maintaining an accurate roadmap for the team; working with the team to define, document, estimate and break down work; removing obstacles; driving agile delivery practices across the teamBuilding and maintaining good relationships with the delivery teams we support across the GST platformWorking closely with other GST Security teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for our customersWorking with OTT Security leadership to communicate accurate roadmaps and progress to collaborators, and to help improve consistency and quality in requirements definitionProvide line management responsibilities, ensuring the team members are supported and challenged to develop their skills and knowledge utilising a servant leadership management styleOwns the team’s working practices, driving productivity and continuous improvement through mentoring and coaching What you’ll bring:Solid experience in Agile delivery and deep understanding of DevOps Practices (e.g. Continuous Delivery) Good technical background with experience in software and/or cybersecurityAbility to influence teams and own tasks all the way through their lifecycleSuperb communication & interpersonal skills with a solid focus on collaborationAbility to focus on outcomes & continuous improvement with both the team and individualsAn organised and methodical approach to managing delivery and your team The Rewards:There’s a reason people can’t stop talking about .
