The UK Commercial Analytics team provides powerful insights to the Just Eat UK Leadership team, to profitably grow the business and deliver the world’s greatest menu and experience to its millions of customers across the UK!
We do that by having a razor sharp understanding of the market and competition, the drivers of performance, our customers, and by being innovative and inquisitive when we interrogate data. We also work closely with our stakeholders, at a pace necessary to serve the needs of the customers in a highly competitive environment. To be successful in this mission, we’re looking for an experienced, passionate and inquisitive experienced analyst, driven by solving unique and challenging questions with data, in an exciting environment surrounded by equally passionate and challenge-driven colleagues.
As we continue to invest for and focus on growth and onboard thousands of famous branded and independent restaurants, we are looking for an Senior Analyst with an abundance of curiosity to untangle the drivers of the business performance, understand our customers and be in the centre of key decisions of the UK’s leading company in food takeaway and delivery. You’ll be applying your analytical skills to produce insight and synthesize several information to explain to the UK leaders what is driving performance and growth, as well as designing value driven solutions for our customers. And as a great storyteller, you will be explaining complex analysis to stakeholders outside analytics.
You’ll have extensive experience as a data and insight analyst, able to mine and pivot the data with tools like SQL, Tableau and Excel. You’ll also have experience in generating and extracting the insight and communicating what’s important to senior stakeholders in order to drive big decisions with data. Moreover, you’ll have a strong commercial acumen and a knowledge of concepts like : drivers of performance, customer frequency and retention, measurement of marketing campaign effectiveness, etc.
Analysis areas might include, but not limited to : drivers of growth, market and competition, demand, restaurant supply and choice, and customer lifetime value and behaviour (frequency, activation, retention).
