About the role
You’ll be part of a new project team, alongside user experience (UX) and product
specialists, responsible for developing our website strategy. An experienced content designer, you’ll also prioritise and test continual improvements to our website content to meet user needs.
This is a fixed term post for 12 months
What you’ll do
Review and develop our website content strategy, working closely with UX and product specialists to scope requirements, define success metrics and report regularly on progress.
Design, analyse, test and optimise website content and experiences to meet user needs.
Build strong working relationships with devolved website editors, and stakeholders, across the charity to deliver improved content and experiences.
Develop content governance processes and documentation (for example around content lifecycles and quality assurance).
What you’ll bring
Significant experience designing, publishing, analysing and optimising content for a large and complex website.
Significant experience in content design techniques and products – promoting an insight-led, audience-first approach.
Experience of leading or contributing to website content strategies.
Experience managing and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
Project management skills, with knowledge of agile ways of working.

As well as flexible working hours, this role is offered on a flexible contract giving you the opportunity to also work from home, on an agreed working pattern. You will be required to cover your own travel expenses to the office in Victoria, London (minimum two days per week in the office).
