Full Time Up to £37,000 Hybrid working, 1 day a week in the officeSenior Credit Controller, HR Consultancy, Shoreditch, £37,000We are working exclusively with an exciting, high-growth business who are looking for a Senior Credit Controller to join their team! Reporting into the FD and working alongside another Credit Controller, you will supporting the credit control team with the day-to-day activities, monitoring of inboxes, phone, email contact with the client, escalating queries to internal teams and ensuring chasing/query notes are updated on the system.In return, you’ll work with a really friendly, supportive team and enjoy all the benefits you’d expect from an organisation with a global network.What you’ll do Proactively managing and collecting debts from company debtors Follow up and manage old debt queries Ensuring timely payment of debts Following up payments as needed Resolving queries both internally and externally around payments and outstanding invoices Monitoring inboxes and responding to invoice/payment queries both internally and externally. Ensuring all query/chasing notes are updated on the Concept system. Build and maintain a good relationship with the client Maintain a supportive function with other areas of the businessAbout you Professional approach to work Ability to work as part of a team Excellent communication skills both internally and externally Ability to manage conflicting deadlines Proactive and positive ‘can do’ attitude Ability to act on own initiative Accuracy/attention to detail Ability to work and remain calm under pressure and to meet deadlines Excellent query and problem-solving skills, proven experience of working in a finance team in the following areas; credit control, billings Understanding of PRS Finance system (Concept) is desirable but not essential Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects, requests and prioritise Ability to review information and identify key details A “Can-Do” attitude Pace and focus during busy periods Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision and guidance Polite, professional and highly efficient Some knowledge of invoicing procedures desirable Supports the businesses work ethics and behaviours and actively seeks to understand the wider businessIf this sounds like you please do get in touch here or via my email .Trace is an innovative recruitment consultancy.
