Job Title: Senior External Reporting Accountant
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary Range: £42,400 – £53,000
Location: Eastleigh
Ageas is looking for a Qualified Accountant or Tax Professional to prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial statements, regulatory returns and tax returns to ensure the business meets its compliance obligations. You may have experience in both accounting and tax, or experience in one area with a desire to learn the other.
In this position, you’ll be preparing accurate and timely reporting for external stakeholders to support the month end, quarter end and annual reporting processes, and to ensure that tax is calculated correctly and payments are made by the necessary deadlines. Stakeholders include the wider finance team, the wider UK business, senior finance management, the Board, the Audit Committee, HMRC and industry regulatory bodies.
