Senior Finance Lead – Treasury
Grade 9 £43,815 – £51,903 (£53,946 unconsolidated maximum)
We are looking for experienced and qualified Senior Finance Lead to join our Commercial Finance and Investment team, situated within the Shared Finance Service of the London Borough of Sutton and Royal Borough of Kingston.
Your role will entail supporting the Head of Commercial Finance and Investment to deliver and develop the Treasury Management function across Sutton and Kingston Councils. Ensuring the Councils comply with all statutory requirements and deadlines, balancing planned and reactive requirements and delivering subject matter expertise on all treasury management requirements.
You will work flexibly and in line with our values, supporting the Commercial Finance and Investment function by leading on Treasury Management activities and contributing to the wider capital & commercial remit of the team.

The Shared Finance Service was established in April 2017 and provides financial services to the London Borough of Sutton and the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. We have many customers including, front-line Council services, Councillors, residents, Council owned companies, businesses and partner organisations from other sectors. We deliver professional accountancy and financial management, commercial advice and expert analysis, innovative finance operations and financial inclusion services for vulnerable residents.
We have achieved a lot since coming into operation in 2017 and are ambitious in our vision to do more.
