Senior HR Advisor S35 Permanent (although looking for an immediate start) We have a fantastic role for a Senior HR Advisor to work in the Telecommunications Sector. Although it would certainly be advantageous having experience in a Telecoms or Engineering sector it is not essential. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Already a Senior HR Advisor or an experienced HR Advisor ready to take the next step, you will provide clear and accurate advice and support the HR Assistants when required. What you will be doing: Duties will include supporting, coaching and advising on policies and procedures. You will advise on day-day employee relations issues. Supporting with the recruitment service from start to finish including offer letters, contracts and pre-employment checks. Managing probation, appraisal and performance reviews and ensuring these are followed up within required timescales. Ownership and delivery of the onboarding process including bi-weekly Company induction. You will have a strong analytical mindset and run reports off the HR System. Any adhoc HR projects in line with the business people strategy. With a strong, generalist HR Background, you will be knowledgeable, hard working, passionate about your work and organised. You will be able to work independently and be able to deputise for the Group Head of People when required. The role will be office based in S35 with some travel required to our other offices.
