I am pleased to be partnering a global client and leader in its field with the recruitment of a Senior Human Resources Manager supporting EMEA.
Reporting into the Head of HR Customer Service Europe you will Partner several customer service operations teams across Europe – including UK&I, Germany, Poland, Netherlands and Turkey. Supported by HR Managers and their teams in the customer service operations centres in each region, you will ensure the continued success of the business’s customer focus.
You will own the HR agenda for your client group where you will develop strategic partnerships with business leaders and provide a clear people plan and agenda which focuses on talent development, performance management, succession planning, recruitment, engagement, organisational development compensation and communications. This includes providing critical leadership and coaching to business leaders.
This role will suit a Senior HR professional with an extensive generalist background, who has experience leading across multiple territories (ideally multi-country) and where they have driven and supported global initiatives within a fast-paced operational environment.
As this is an international role you must have the ability to travel independently and communicate/work well cross-culturally.
Required Qualifications & Experience
*Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field
*Experience in leading across multiple sites/buildings and geography
*Experience of Works Councils/ Associate Representative Forums / Unions
*Considerable experience operating as HR Generalist
*Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
*experience in fast-paced operations environments such as service, manufacturing, retail or hospitality.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
*Master’s Degree in Human Resources or MBA
*10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
*CV demonstrates a steady progression in HR Management for the last 3-5 years
*Ability to speak/write German/Dutch/Polish/Spanish an advantage
