We provide and support identity and access management tools to ensure our customers enjoy seamless sign in and access to our products across the health, corporate and research communities.About the RoleAs Senior Product Manager for Identity, you will be responsible for defining the future product direction of Identity & Access Management in Elsevier.You will work closely with other product managers, architects, developers, internal stakeholders, and our customers to define and build a future-proof Identity service, allowing Elsevier products more flexible and agile go-to-market options for authentication and authorization. You will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about the business, the challenges, and competing priorities.Responsibilities• Defining the vision, scope, and deliverables for the product offering• Communicating (and executing) this strategy in partnership with relevant participants and stakeholders• Gathering requirements, writing clear and functional specifications, prioritizing features, and establishing OKRs• Performing product discovery on potential roadmap items to minimize risk and ensure we build features that deliver business value• Managing prioritization and trade-offs and establishing outcome-focused and measurable objectives• Translating key insights and data into actionable recommendations for product improvements • Partnering with internal product teams to ensure products provide the best possible identity and access solutions for their customers and usersRequirements• Be an experienced professional that has managed enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management solutions• Have excellent experience in digital product management and a successful record of implementing new products, features and processes• Be able to document and write clear requirements for complex features or products• Be a highly effective and compelling communicator who can collaborate with all levels of our organisation• Have experience in using an analytical, data-driven approach to identifying areas for improvement• Can successfully work with and influence stakeholders without formal authorityWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
