The job will be to take control of the ruminant feed business including staffing, budgets, sales and marketing in Northern England and Scotland. Sales Management and motivation of the overall sales team is a company priority and deemed vital in staff development and compound field sales growth, along with the requirement for future increased business contribution.
The successful senior sales manager candidate will take responsibility for significant ruminant compound feed sales along with a good number of reporting sales specialists. To undertake this role, candidates need to demonstrate a recent strong track record in their field sales and people management either in animal feed sales or direct sales management to livestock farmers .
An outgoing personality and integrity is required for this strong relationship people manager role along with a systematic and objective approach to professional sales management.
