Senior Sustainability Engineer Bristol Permanent Ref: DB1727 Competitive Salary Plus Benefits A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy and testing firm. The firm have been established for 20 years and work with architects, contractors, consultants and directly with clients. To be considered for this Senior Sustainability Engineer role you will have: Degree or Master’s in Building Physics, Sustainability or similar Relevant experience in a similar role Experience in IES VE building simulation software Knowledge of Building Regulations, energy codes and planning requirements throughout the UK Experience completing projects for Part L compliance, EPCs, CIBSE TM59/52 Overheating Analysis Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience in energy modelling and building simulation OCDEA, LCC or LCEA qualifications (Desirable)Working as a Senior Sustainability Engineer you will: Liaise with design team, statutory authorities, and contractors Support with energy modelling and building simulation Complete projects for Part L compliance, CIBSE TM59/52, EPCs, CIBSE TM54 Operational Energy Support junior members of the team Assist with early design modelling looking at passive design measures Support with marketing and business developmentOur client is offering a competitive starting salary, along with excellent benefits package including but not limited to; pension, flexible working, and generous holiday allowance.
