Salary range up to £65,000 depending on experience

Our client who we are pleased to be working with are looking for a passionate Senior Vet to join their practice who would like to blend clinical excellence with a leadership role.

The role:

Leading a small clinical team
Develop area of expertise, ideally CertAVP
Undertake more technically challenging case management
Active in developing the practice & generating income
Mentoring / VetGDP advisor to New Graduates
Carrying out PDRs
Actively undertake leadership development
Solid commercial acumen and understanding of veterinary business

Additional managerial responsibilities e.g. managing complaints, authorising insurance cases
