Here you will be responsible for administering the setup, integration, compliance, and governance of the company’s SharePoint and M365 suite with a focus on the overall provision and configuration of SharePoint, the M365 suite and Azure Services ensuring controlled access across is in place to keep the business and its data secure and compliant with IT change and security policies.
Other tasks and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Administering and supporting the SharePoint implementation within the business, including interaction with MS Teams and OneDrive sites.
Ensuring that existing sites and new sites are setup, managed and maintained adhering to best practices.
Administration of the Microsoft 365 suite with a focus on providing access, restricting access or removing access to components.
Supporting adoption of the Microsoft 365 roadmap and its new tools and capabilities and potential use within the business.
Looking after the MS Azure deployment within the business which will incorporate the design, monitoring and retirement of services.
Looking after the Power Bi deployment within the business which will incorporate the design, monitoring and retirement of services.
Candidates should a proven track record in a similar role focussed on SharePoint and M365 administration with demonstrable knowledge of SharePoint Architect and governance.
