Your Role Purpose We have an exciting opening for a passionate, personable and fun-loving creative Social Media Executive to join our Marketing Team at our Milk&More offices in Camberley, on a 6 month FTC. Your Role Structure This role will report to the lead of Customer Aquisition and Events Your Key Deliverables Ownership of the social media calendar and implementation of this calendar in line with the marketing plan Curate, create and deliver captivating content across all social media sites to include motion graphic content for stories, long-form and short form video content, TikTok videos and Instagram reels, filming and photoshoots of various events and crafting social media graphics. May also include writing blogs, articles and further multimedia content Oversee social media accounts design e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and Linkedin cover Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions, based on your understanding of our audience s world & competitive marketplace Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and design tools Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends, competitor analysis and consumer insights that will be submitted to the management and executive teams Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts in partnership with Customer Services department Collaborate with suppliers ensuring relevant content is shared across social media channels to increase exposure and reach Your Experience & Background Experience of working within a social media, public relations, content marketing, journalistic role (ideally 2+ years) Experience creating content on social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Linkedin Experience with creating /editing content assets through use of Adobe or equivalent Experience with social media marketing platforms e.g. Social Sprout, Facebook Ad Manager, Hootsuite or similar A flair for attention grabbing copywriting and/or blogging Your Aptitude / Mindset Excellent communication skills, creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of social media and digital platforms Flexible and quick to adapt to new and changing circumstances Able to work alone, with minimal supervision Curious, commercially minded and customer-centric
