This role will suit an experienced Recruiter who has experience of recruiting /resourcing. Higher Education Sector Desirable). People who also have a big interest in Data Science & Research would really suit this interesting forward thinking firm. Following on from a huge injection of funding into this firm, the university are rapidly recruiting across the board, making this particular role vital. Backgrounds that would also suit would be Resourcing, HR Recruitment, Talent or Agency Recruitment.
Reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner in the Talent Acquisition team and will have a strong advisory focus as well as key elements of exceptional customer service. The post holder will be responsible for managing the whole recruitment experience, from vacancy brief to offer as well as setting the first impression of the Institute with candidates, external and internal stakeholders, from peers to Programme Directors.
The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for providing the full range recruitment services and deliver comprehensive recruitment guidance and support for the University. You will be first point of contact for candidates and line managers on a wide range of recruitment queries, including the review of job descriptions, salary and immigration queries. You will be responsible for timely, accurate and efficient interview coordination, logistics, and record-keeping, while working closely with the Recruitment Business Partner and the Resourcing Advisers to deliver efficient and engaging support to both research and ops

Essential Graduate or HR experience (MUST)
Background from the Higher Education Sector OR from a Large Charity (MUST)
Internal Recruitment, Resourcing, Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment Experience (MUST)
Experienced in the End to End Recruitment Process – From Job Adverto to Offer (MUST)
CIPD (Level 3) + (HIGHLY DESIABLE)
Solid Inhouse Recruitment / HR Administration / Stakeholder processes experience (MUST)
This Talent Acquisition & Resourcing Officer role, is on a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract position based in London N1. Starting ideally July 2023 Working Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30. The Salary will be £38,000 + Excellent Benefits. The role will be a Hybrid role – 2 Days Office / 3 Days Remote
