About the Talent Coordinator: We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised individual to join our team as a Talent Coordinator. The successful candidate will be able to manage an extensive amount of administrative duties, as well as manage and maintain the talent acquisition strategy for our company’s future growth. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and be able to work independently, as well as collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment to achieve goals and make recommendations for future talent acquisition strategies. Job Purpose: As the Talent Co-ordinator, you will be providing a seamless candidate experience for our open roles within the business. You ll be actively recruiting to fill our increased headcount to support business growth, whilst working alongside the HR Manager for strategic guidance, you will develop our recruitment processes and templates. Working closely with the HR Manager, HR Assistant and Recruiting Managers across the business you will improve our on-site induction process. In addition you will be the lead for the administrative introduction of our Training Management System. You ll work with a range of stakeholders across the business locally and across the wider Safran Group as well as some of our key external stakeholders and partners. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Ensuring all roles are approved on our internal Applicant Tracking System Manage recruitment for open positions to fill our vacancies Develop templates for our key job roles on sites we utilise to advertise roles Ensure our key agency partners are providing the results we need Develop interview templates for recruiting managers Document and roll out the recruitment process, ensuring legal compliance Work closely with HR Assistant to develop the onsite induction process Learning Project: Be the key contact for the implementation of the skills module on our HRMS Administer the loading of key onsite training for the TMS Additional Responsibilities: Supporting and involvement in HR/HSE projects Attending working groups as part of the UK HR network Any additional tasks as required by the business. About You: Essential Education/Qualifications Qualified to GCSE level or other such equivalent (A-C grade in English and Maths essential) Experience Previous recruitment experience Experience managing multiple priorities and taking the initiative to ensure tasks are completed on time to a high standard Experience using MS Office systems Aptitudes/Attributes Enthusiastic and willing to learn Good written and verbal communication Pro-active and hands-on Polite and diplomatic when faced with issues Ability to be discrete and maintain confidentiality Well organised with the ability to manage time and work to tight deadlines. Self-motivated and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable: Interest in Human Resources and HSE Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 8.30AM to 5.00PM / Fridays 8.30AM to 4PM. Office based with opportunities for home working where appropriate.
