One of our main clients has an urgent requirement for a Technical Contracts Manager to be based at their offices in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large engineering enterprise and one of the most challenging projects in recent UK history.

As Technical Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing all contracts within infrastructure, ensuring the technical business requirements are delivered through the contracts. You will support budgetary and governance requirements and carry out reviews and analysis of supply chain monthly reports.

You will be accountable for supporting the business management team in ensuring HR processes have been followed and provide day to day ad hoc contract and commercial advice to the team of liaise with internal corporate functions to deliver best outcomes.

My client would be keen to speak to candidates with the following expertise:

• Ability to management business requirements associated with managing contracts

• Ability to develop finance and technical requirements

• Ability to support the development and management of effective supply chain relationships

• NEC3/4 contracts knowledge

• CEMAR Systems knowledge would be advantageous

• You will have a strong technical background within infrastructure, rail, utilities, civils or energy
