We are seeking a credible sales professional within the medical device industry to support and represent a range of consumable products across the South East & London. These products are used within ICU, acute and long-term therapy departments within the NHS consisting of disposable consumable products within vascular access.

The role
Within this role, you will be responsible for timely and accurate account management, with a high level of responsibility for planning, implanting and support related to sales of the Infusion portfolio. This opportunity will allow you to join a high-performing sales team within an organisation that offers stability, support, development, and progression.
Responsibilities include:
To sell company products and services in the amounts required to meet or exceed assigned territory targets thereby maintaining and constantly improving the competitive position
Develop a full stakeholder Map and sales strategy for all stakeholders
Deliver excellent customer service to maintain high standards set by the organisation
Hit targets and goals autonomously and collaboratively with the team
Be able to articulate the latest trends and guidance, competitor knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the infusion therapy portfolio
Attending conferences as required
Leveraging relationships with key opinion leaders
The requirements
You will have proven sales experience preferably in Infusion and drug delivery systems, as well as
University Degree (BA degree) preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical devices
Knowledge of health issues related to the Infusion portfolio
Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology with some knowledge of clinical disease states
Experience in sales with evidence of building a long-term partnership
Positive attitude and can-do approach with strong negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Creative and innovative
Strong organisational skills and ability to apply new approaches to your priorities
Strategic planning, decision making and problem-solving skills
Computer literate (including Microsoft Office and CRM)
Full UK driving licence
Must be able to travel, with occasional overnight stays
This is a field-based role which typically requires travel more than 50% of the time.
