This growing business are looking for a permanent Junior Accounts Clerk to join the business in Liverpool on a full-time permanent basis. This role is suited to a person who is looking to kick start their finance career, no experience needed just a good attitude and willing to learn.
This role would be best suited to school/college leavers, AAT studiers OR someone wanting to get into accounts in general who is wanting to take advantage of AAT study fully paid for. This a is hybrid working with full AAT study support included.
Description
The successful Trainee Accounts Clerk duties include:
Accounts payable/receivable
Daily bank reconciliation
Payment runs
Statement reconciliation
Raise purchase orders to suppliers
Credit card expenses
Digital filing of invoices
Fixed Asset
Month end reporting
Profile
The successful Trainee Accounts Clerk MUST have include:
AAT studier OR entry level wanting to get into finance
Keen and willing attitude to learn
Basic reconciliation skills
Experience of MS Excel, Word
Good verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and use own initiative
