This is a rare opportunity for ambitious and aspiring sales and management talent to start their career with us, learning, growing, and advancing through the Vehicles Sales Operation, from the ground up. As a Sytner BMW Brand Expert, you will be the face of our brand, the first point of contact for customers, initiating conversations, building relationships, and igniting their passion for the BMW brand. Our comprehensive training programme, delivered by the BMW Group Training Academy, will equip you with all the skills, knowledge, and expertise you need to excel in this role and beyond. For the first 12 months, you will be a dedicated BMW/MINI Brand Expert, known as a BMW Genius or Sales Apprentice. You will immerse yourself in the BMW/MINI product range and technology, offering exceptional customer service and support the operational Sales functions of the business. You will become a certified BMW Product Genius and obtain an IMI Diploma Level 2 in Customer Service, setting yourself up for an exceptional future with bright prospects, including a route into sales with two of the world’s best brands. At Sytner Harold Wood, we take pride in our success stories, and this programme has already produced previous Sales Apprentices who have gone on to secure managerial positions in the company. This is a full-time role, and weekends are worked on a rota basis to ensure our customers receive the highest levels of service.
