UX Designer £35-40k | Environmental Sustainability Companies

Our client is looking for a UX designer to support there digital transformation. Our client is the leading producer of transparent and sustainable food that deliver food directly from farm to shop.

Requirements

• Comprehensive online portfolio that clearly showcases the processes you followed, as well as the outcome
• Experience creating user stories, scenarios, journey flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes and visual design native app, desktop and websites
• Experience executing pixel perfect, production ready assets with experience of refining solutions through testing and iteration
• Experience of user-center research methods and tools
• Able to work closely with Engineering and Product teams to translate complex challenges to effortless, simple solutions
• Be a UX evangelist and help educate/guide strategic user-experience initiatives

Skills & requirements

• 2+ years professional experience in UX design with a strong portfolio
• UX research methods and usability testing
• Strong knowledge of responsive web design practices, technologies and methodologies eg CSS, HTML, JavaScript and accessibility (no direct coding skills are required)
• Experience working in Agile software development
• Proficiency in Adobe suite, wireframing and prototyping tools (Adobe XD, Illustrator etc.)
