What you will be doing
You will join the team that works well together to provide care for people with learning disabilities and/or associated health needs, autism and behaviours. Whether you have been a Healthcare Assistant or a Care Worker, you will utilise your experience to support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn t do last week because of you.

You will work 40 hours a week between the hours of 9:30pm to 7:30am, 4on 4 off.
Where you will be working
Location: 89 Ewell Road, Surbiton, Surrey KT6 6AH
You will be working at 89 Ewell Road, a service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.
Your aim will be to encourage individuals to lead a full and valued life, enabling them to live more independently through a programme of active community engagement, developing meaningful social networks and developing robust coping strategies.
All what we expect from you is
You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK full time. 20-hour Student Visa’s cannot be accepted. No Visa Sponsorship for this vacancy.
