Although this role is open to experienced lecturers, professionals within the welding field looking to explore the education side and have a desire to teach are also open to apply.

Key responsibilities

• To teach curriculum courses including apprenticeship.
• To undertake organisational/administrative duties relating to teaching duties.
• To undertake monitoring, evaluation, and assessment procedures to support student learning.
• To develop and organise curriculum initiatives to meet the learning needs of students.

Skills and experience

• Recent experience in the welding field.
• Good working knowledge of current industry skills.
• Must have at least level 2 qualifications.
