At Cancer Research UK, we exist to beat cancer.
We are professionals with purpose, beating cancer every day. But we need to go much further and much faster. That’s why we’re looking for someone talented, someone who wants to develop their skills, someone like you.
Cancer Research UK’s Technology team believes that we can help our charity beat cancer sooner by supporting and promoting a positive culture of empowered teams that work collaboratively, make decisions based on solid evidence, and continuously adapt, learn, and improve.
As a Senior Agile Coach, you will be on the front lines of organisational transformation by helping to deliver our Engage Transformation Programme in partnership with our Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement (MFE) Directorate. This programme aims to deliver better, more personalised, and consistent experiences for Cancer Research UK’s audiences which will build deeper, more engaged supporter relationships that increase fundraising towards our lifesaving research and services.
We are looking for three Coaches to join our team and own one of the following transformational projects within Engage: MFE, CRM, or CMS. You will play a leading role in implementing Agile and Lean methodologies across your specialist portfolio while training, coaching, and mentoring individuals and teams to adopt these methodologies in line with our Design Principles and Technology strategy.
As a Senior within the team, you will also develop the Agile capability by implementing best practices that enable Cancer Research UK to become the most adaptive, resilient, and innovative organisation it can be.
